Professional and Leadership Development

Let's face it.  Being in a leadership or professional position can be very stressful.  Individuals in these roles are faced with major responsibility in terms of decision making and action taking.  There will be inevitable differences with others that lead to disagreements and conflict.  And it can be, as they say, "lonely at the top".  All of this can lead to problems in professional, personal and family relationships.  Professionals also may have questions or concerns about the best ways to be effective in their role and responsibilities, in managing their employees, and in achieving organizational results.  Having a trusted coach who understands these dynamics and can provide consultation, guidance and support is invaluable.

I offer leaders and professionals the opportunity to work on their own development in a highly confidential atmosphere.  I utilize well recognized tools such as the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, Kiersey Temperment Sorter, Strengths Finder, Leadership Architect, and the Kraybill Conflict Styles instrument to assist in defining aspects of performance that the individual may focus on for growth.  You will learn how to become more effective in managing your emotions and interpersonal relationships which will result in greater influence and success.

I also work with individuals to develop their leadership performance skills.  There are a number of great leadership books and models which can be used for discussion and skills development.

Professional coaching can be provided in my office as well as via email, phone and Skype.  I will work with you to find a time that is convenient for your schedule.
